Fox Hollow

This project involved a large addition and selective remodeling to an existing lakefront cottage, designed to create comfortable one‑level living and support aging in place. Working within a tight lot and setbacks, our team integrated the new structure seamlessly with the original home while completing a full septic replacement and utility relocation.

The addition includes a two‑car garage, a bright living room with a fireplace and expansive lake‑facing windows, and a sitting porch overlooking the water. Inside, the new spaces flow into a dining area, a spacious kitchen with a butler’s pantry, and a connector to the existing home that adds a laundry room and entry storage.

A private master suite anchors the lakeside of the addition, featuring a walk‑in closet, a beautifully finished bathroom with a soaking tub and tile shower, and a slider leading directly to the waterfront. The full foundation below provides ample storage and room for a future family space.

The result is a thoughtfully expanded cottage that blends new comfort with the charm of the original home — all designed for long‑term, accessible lakeside living.
