Loons Landing

This project entailed the construction of a brand new 2-story Carriage House, providing a large 1st floor garage and a 2nd floor living space complete with a large family room and kitchenette, bathroom and two bedrooms for guests. The main house was given a substantial face lift that included all new windows and doors, a new entry decorative porch and a complete re-roof, trim and re-side to match the new modern Carriage House.
