Carpenter
Creighton Medeiros
My passion for building began with my first tree house. A neighbor who worked as a contractor supplied the materials and later offered me my first job, sparking an interest that grew into a lifelong career in the trades. After studying building trades in high school, I spent my college years working on a wide range of construction projects, learning from an experienced builder whose mentorship shaped both my skills and my approach to the profession.
Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience with everything from simple paint jobs and finish carpentry to major renovations and full home remodels. I’ve also owned and operated both a security business and a construction company, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the industry.
Today, I’m proud to be part of the Outside In Construction team, where I continue to expand my knowledge through larger-scale projects and deepen my understanding of the complete home‑building process. What I enjoy most is seeing all the pieces come together and watching a team turn a vision into reality.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two children in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region.
