Office Manager
Dorothy Legro
Dorothy grew up just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, and has always felt a strong connection to New England. In 2015, she moved to New Durham, NH, later settling in Alton where she spent six years before living in Maine for a short time. Ultimately, she realized the Lakes Region was truly home. In 2024, she returned to New Hampshire and is grateful to be back in the community she loves.
Dorothy joined Outside In Construction as Office Manager in October 2025, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in customer service and office administration. She believes that a well-organized office is the foundation of a happy, productive team, and she is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels supported.
From answering phones and preparing contracts to billing clients and managing supplies, Dorothy ensures that daily operations run seamlessly so the Outside In Construction team can focus on delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
Outside of work, Dorothy enjoys tending her garden, cooking and baking, and spending time with friends. She especially loves the company of her dog, Jerry, who is always by her side.
