I helped my father build our own house when I was nine, and learned how to do various tasks like painting, flooring, and cabinet installation. I also worked on small side jobs with him and gained experience in working with other trades. I started my own handyman business when I was 15 and joined the carpenter’s union when I graduated from high school. I bought and renovated a three-family home and received awards and special training for my work. I learned how to cut stairs and rafters from a union framer and how to build custom homes and additions from a general contractor. I also worked for a custom cabinet maker for five years and mastered the art of custom millwork. I sold my property and moved to the lake’s region, where I joined Outside In Construction as a lead carpenter. For the past three and a half years, I have been working on various phases of construction and enjoying turning people’s dreams into reality.
