We recently completed an extensive renovation with Outside In Construction, and they did an absolutely amazing job! We worked closely with Chuck, Aimee and Jen, and each of them was professional, attentive to every detail, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire project. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. I especially want to recognize Jen. She has such an incredible talent for design and was an invaluable help when it came to choosing colors, layouts, and finishes. I truly don’t think I could have done this project without her expertise. She has a real gift for what she does. Thank you again to Outside In Construction, and to Chuck, Amy, and Jen for making this renovation experience so positive and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with the results.Posted on Google
GregMy wife and I did an extensive renovation project at our house in Tuftonboro. We selected outside In Construction and couldn’t have been more pleased with the work. We began the process with Jesse, the owner, and worked through the start up phase efficiently. Our house brought some challenges to the process and Jesse and his handled them all without issue. Once we began the construction portion of the effort, we were turned over to his team of Chuck, Ami and Jen. They were very helpful as the project got underway. They had excellent ideas and suggestions, worked with us professionally and never failed to respond to us in a timely manner. As the project ran through the winter we relied on Chuck (our project manager) and Jen (our designer) heavily. We were remote for most of the process and they provided such good communication and updates (including pictures and videos) that we never felt remote. I can’t state strongly enough how valuable these two people were to us and how great a job they did. Two of the most responsive and capable people I’ve ever worked with. Many thanks to them and all the rest of the team. The project finished in over the summer and couldn’t be happier. Everything is perfect and the couple of items that needed a little more effort were addressed immediately and without any hesitation. Certainly a five star experience for us and five stars plus for the work Chuck and Jen did for us.Posted on Google
Michael MeadWe started working with Outside In Construction in 2016 and have just finished our 4th project with them. They have always been very professional and continuously deliver high quality work at fair prices. Their work is done according to our agreed upon specifications and timelines and we have always been kept up to date through clear, periodic communications. Jesse and his team often help with ideas and suggestions regarding design, materials and construction techniques. We will continue to work with them on our future projects.Posted on Google
Charles McintyreJust real quality work, both the renovation work and the new construction. Excellent people to deal with and they make the process so easy. The carriage house they built for us gets more compliments!Posted on Google
RalphWe are very pleased with our new home and our experience with Outside In Construction (OIC). Buying a new home in the construction phase can be a bit scary, especially when you live in another state 3 hours away. The OIC team was easy to deal with and kept us informed throughout the process. We had reviews at their office, online and weekly calls with the build team. Their designers were great, with lots of good ideas, guiding us through the selection process in fitting out the new home. They met the schedule, addressed the few bumps that popped up through the process and were easy and honest to deal with. I am impressed with the quality and finish of our new home and recommend them highly.Posted on Google

Doug SmithI would highly recommend Outside in Construction. They built us a beautiful home on an extremely challenging job site (small and tons of ledge to deal with). Jesse was very professional and fully engaged from the sales process right through to ensuring every item on the punch list was fully addressed. No job of this scope goes without some issues but Jesse took care of each and every item without hesitation. Steve, Heather and Amy were all a joy to work with and we couldn't be more happy with the end result!Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Complete Home Remodel
Assorted Remodels
Outside/In Construction has done an OUTSTANDING job on each of the projects they have done for me. They provided me a very detailed job description for each project; they staffed each job with experienced carpenters; and they communicated with me constantly as they worked. The largest projects were treated as fixed-price jobs, which meant that I would expect Outside/In to completely finish the job as described in the estimate, down to the last detail, with no additional costs. And they did so -- every time. Some of the jobs couldn't be estimated in advance (the rot repairs, for example), so we treated these jobs as Time & Material, which meant that the specific tasks would depend on what we found, and that I would pay costs as they occurred. And it turns out that this arrangement went very, very well -- primarily because the Outside/In carpenters communicated so well, and they were so good at recognizing and resolving problems. So, yeah -- if you want to get your job done -- and be very satisfied with the results -- I'd recommend this company. I have been very pleased with their work since day 1.
