I have not one bad word, From starting with design through to finish we were kept in the loop and were part of the decision making process. Changes were made as needed and appropriate without any push back. Finances were handled in an open and honest manner. The attention to detail and providing top quality work was excellent. We have a beautiful new home, that after completion OIC continues to support the minor changes that are expected to occur once you are living in the house.

Outside/In Construction has done an OUTSTANDING job on each of the projects they have done for me. They provided me a very detailed job description for each project; they staffed each job with experienced carpenters; and they communicated with me constantly as they worked. The largest projects were treated as fixed-price jobs, which meant that I would expect Outside/In to completely finish the job as described in the estimate, down to the last detail, with no additional costs. And they did so -- every time. Some of the jobs couldn't be estimated in advance (the rot repairs, for example), so we treated these jobs as Time & Material, which meant that the specific tasks would depend on what we found, and that I would pay costs as they occurred. And it turns out that this arrangement went very, very well -- primarily because the Outside/In carpenters communicated so well, and they were so good at recognizing and resolving problems. So, yeah -- if you want to get your job done -- and be very satisfied with the results -- I'd recommend this company. I have been very pleased with their work since day 1.

We selected OIC after interviewing several GM's in the Lakes Region. We consider owner, Jesse Lindland to be customer-oriented, very competent, has excellent communication skills and most importantly is extremely responsive. He and his OIC Team worked based on our schedule from 2013 to 2018 to renovate our seasonal "camp" to a very elegant and comfortable home. I have included below only a few pictures of their extensive work showing new staircase, hardwood floors, entire kitchen, window and tile installation. We have continued to engage Jesse and his Team over the last three years for additional projects. OIC provides excellent quality, value and service to any home project and I can highly recommend them!

We hired OIC for demo/new build project. Overall, it went very well. Project was in the height of COVID lockdowns; supply chain issues, contractors employees not working full schedules, resulting in scheduling issues, and weather delays. Completion was delayed a few weeks but not bad considering the issues. Quality of construction was excellent. We are very happy with the house and would highly recommend Outside In Construction for a design/build project.

OIC did a fantastic job remodeling our 1908 lake house. We utilized their Design/Build services to do a full renovation of a 2000 SF house plus a 600 SF addition to bring our plan to life. They worked closely with us to address the kinds of surprises often encountered with a 100+ year old house renovation. The team at OIC brought this project in on budget and completed the work in just over 6 months.

The dining area is just steps away from the kitchen’s prep space. The canvas-colored kitchen cabinets and marbled granite countertops give warmth and an appealing accent. OIC designed a breathtaking home with a blend of form and function. Oversized windows in the great-room allows light to enter and one can witness the soaring mountains ascend allow distance. The colors on each wall accentuate every room. When the banister was completed, the look was eloquent and gave a rustic appeal. Jesse and his team are phenomenal at their craft. They are skilled in their handcrafted artistry and pay attention to every detail. Your questions are answered immediately, and communication makes everything more navigable. Jesse made building a home the best experience. We are thrilled to have found this builder!
