Design Process

At Outside In Construction, INC., you are the driving force behind the design process. We work closely with you to design the space or home of your dreams, whether you have an idea in your head, sketches on a napkin, or existing plans that need revisions. We start with an initial meeting, which can be done in person or online, to review all the elements you want to include in the new plans. These include land layout and terrain, to exterior features such as landscaping and outdoor living.

Here we will discuss the home or remodel of an existing space, to determine what elements you want to have in the final design. We listen to you and how you want the design we create to reflect your ideas. At Outside In Construction, INC., we are here to design a home or rework an existing space that you will fall in love with, time and time again.

Selection Process

Outside In Construction, INC. offers a unique and tailored Selection Process for the construction of your new home, remodel of an existing space, or new addition. Our Selection Coordinator, Aimee Brothers, has over 15 years of design experience and will work with you to choose the best finish elements for your space.

Aimee will provide you with a guided outline of the selection process, which can be done remotely or in person, and coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure a seamless construction process. The selection process can be stressful, as there are so many options! But Aimee has the expertise and vision to help you create a home or space that you are proud of.

Project Management

Project Management is the key to every successful construction project. At Outside In Construction, INC., we have a team of experienced and versatile staff who can handle any project. We use BuilderTrend, a cloud-based software that offers a complete Project Management suite of tools.

With BuilderTrend, you can access your personalized profile anytime, anywhere, from your mobile or computer. You can view all the information about your project, such as a detailed schedule, weekly updates, selections, change orders, and more. We make sure that you are always in the loop and updated, no matter where you live.
